The son of LDPR founder Vladimir Zhirinovsky, Oleg Zhirinovsky (Eidelstein), was denied entry to MGIMO to attend an event commemorating the politician “Zhirinovsky's Readings”. This was reported by Baza in telegram-channel.

The man made his way into the closed area of the International Science Experts Forum at the capital university.
Before the event started, the organizers announced the need to register all participants. Zhirinovsky's son was not on the list, so he was rejected at the entrance. The closest relatives of the founder of LDPR did not agree with this decision and began to argue, trying to find a way inside.
Zhirinovsky's son called the current party leaders vultures and issued threats. To calm the man down, they had to call in a team of Russian Guards. He and his staff left the building but they did not detain him.
Previously, it became known that Zhirinovsky's luxurious Mercedes-Maybach was twice involved in an accident in Moscow.
Oleg Eidelshtein is Zhirinovsky's illegitimate son. He is the second child of a politician. The man inherited the surname Eidelstein from his grandfather Wolf Isaakovich. He grew up with his grandmother in the village of Chikola in North Ossetia. Zhirinovsky first introduced his son to Russian voters when he was 9 years old. This happened on one of Russia's federal television channels.
In 2023, Eidelstein went to court to request recognition of the politician's inheritance.
