The child was poisoned in the school cafeteria, as a result he was hospitalized and suffered minor health damage. The court found that the canteen staff violated the food processing technology process. In this regard, the prosecutor, acting in the interests of the minor, filed a request with the court for compensation for the mental damage caused.
The Court of Cassation has recognized the legality of attributing legal responsibility to the organization responsible for the food. The court pointed out that the compensation awarded takes into account the balance between fairness, the circumstances of the harm and the age of the victim.
