A strong storm led to the release of fuel oil from the seabed on the coast of Anapa and the Temryuk region.

Residues of oil products were found on three parts of the coast – from the central Anapa beach to Tortuga beach in the village of Vityazevo. How reported at the operational headquarters of the Krasnodar region, they are identified during daily coastal monitoring.
“Cleanup work was organized at the site. Representatives of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory, Kuban-SPAS, Anapa authorities and residents of the resort are participating. During the day, 98 bags of storm debris and fragments of oil products were collected,” the operations headquarters said.
