The ferry operator Seabridge, which is not allowed to enter the port of Sochi, has offered air tickets to all Russian passengers to the Russian Federation resort city. About this Mustafa Cakir, representative of Türkiye's Liderline agency serving the flight, said.

He noted that the Russians were compensated for the cost of Seabridge ferry tickets.
“Our side also provided all passengers with air tickets to Sochi at our own expense,” Chakyr added, emphasizing that the company “acted in good faith” in this matter.
Liderline representatives pointed out that the situation where the Sochi port refuses to accept people is a force majeure case and does not depend on the operating company in any way.
“There are no other difficulties,” Chakyr concluded.
It will be recalled that Seabridge departed on its first voyage since 2011 from Turkey's Trabzon to Sochi on the evening of November 5. On Thursday morning, he entered the Russian port's curbside, but after more than 2.5 days of waiting, he still did not receive a permit to enter there. As a result, Seabridge with 19 passengers on board returned to Trabzon on the evening of November 9. The reason is due to security issues.
