In the photo you can see a huge snowstorm located west of Moscow. Because of this tornado, the Russian Hydrometeorological Center previously announced a dangerous level of weather in the capital.
It is expected that, due to the tornado, the air temperature at night will drop to -12C° degrees in Moscow and in the Moscow region to -15C°. On January 27, the weather in the capital will be around -5C°, and in the region from -4C° to -9C°.
