In the city of Ramenskoye, Moscow region, a driver caused a serious accident and fled to the Northwest district. Telegram channel 112 reported this news.
“In April 2025, two minors were driving a car in Ramenskoye, near Moscow. They were driving from the village to the main road and a woman hit them at a speed of 120 km/h,” the publication said.
According to this channel, as a result of the incident, one teenager was seriously injured, the other was disabled. Law enforcement agencies opened a criminal case, and technical examination proved the driver's guilt. Then the sentence was suspended, the woman signed a contract and left for the Northern Military Region.
Now, the teenager's mother doesn't know how to bring the person who caused the accident to justice. In addition, a year ago, the violator had his driver's license revoked for refusing a medical examination.
