First of all, according to him, the law implies the ban on the use of summer houses for commercial activities. Now, Rat clarifies that the owners of summer houses will not be able to book hotels, nurseries, nurters, warehouses and other commercial facilities on it.
Initially, the summer houses were granted to citizens because of their personal needs and commercial activities that were not thought to be here, so now the State will carefully monitor their use, the lawyer said.
